Eligibility requirements
- Low-income household
- Single-parent home
- A family member with a disability or illness affecting income
- Two or more siblings attending GICA
What the Grant Covers

How to Apply?
- Complete the Grant Application Form – Available on our website or at the school’s admin office.
- Submit Required Documents – Proof of income, family status, or other supporting evidence.
- Review Process – Applications are reviewed by the school’s financial aid committee
- Decision & Notification – Applicants will receive an update as soon as the application has been processed.

Flexible Payment Plans at GICA
At Grace Instrument Christian Academy (GICA), we understand that financial flexibility is important for families. To make quality education accessible, we offer a structured, flexible payment plan that allows parents and guardians to pay tuition in manageable installments.
Payment plan:
Our tuition fees can be paid in three installments throughout the academic year:
- August – 50% of total fees (Start of the academic session)
- November – 25% of total fees
- February – 25% of total fees
